Why We Give
At Uwharrie Community Church, we believe that giving is an act of worship—an opportunity to respond to God’s generosity with open hearts. As 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us, giving isn’t about pressure or obligation, but about joy. When we give cheerfully, we reflect the heart of God and help fuel the mission He’s given us: to love people, share hope, and make disciples.

We offer a variety of ways to give to the mission of our church:
- REGULAR WEEKLY GATHERINGS. During our regular weekly times together, we take time to honor God with our giving. Giving may be done privately before, during, or after the service on your own without any pressure at one of the Generosity Boxes located in the auditorium and lobby. We definitely believe in the power and value of giving so we make this available whenever we are gathered together.
- ONLINE GIFTS. We use our online community powered by Church Center Online for our recurring online giving. They offer a safe, secure way to give to Uwharrie Community Church (SSL encryption) and also offer the ability to view and manage your contributions anytime, anywhere.
